Ben Cooksey is a physical therapist, professor, dogfather, writer, and the uncle who provides the whoopie cushions. He enjoys lifting weights, escape rooms, thrifting with his fiancé, and all things Batman. As the COO of Torchward, he strives to translate the company’s vision into practical reality.

Tim Leo finds his value through serving others. Whether that be working as a physical therapist, participating in volunteer opportunities, helping friends and family with home and DIY projects, and teaching drums to a hilarious 6 year old, he derives meaning through creating deep connections and supporting people. As CFO, his hope is to help Torchward successfully serve the people who need their ideas, products, and services.

Nick Sajka is a Computer Scientist and Systems Engineer who is currently an Enterprise Architect at a Fortune 500 Financial Services Firm. As CIO of Torchward, his goal to apply his engineering and technology knowledge to empower product innovation and company operations. In his free time, he is a mediocre musician and a constant tinkerer.
